Flexibility of scheduling classes
You can choose if you want to focus on learning the postures, breath work, meditation, or even request reiki during Savasana for added relaxation!
When you are new to yoga or have specific limitations, it can be intimidating to go to a group class. In large classes, it can be difficult for the teacher to give individual attention to everyone and you may feel as if you were ignored. While that's definitely not the intention, it can happen. I know I prefer smaller classes as a student myself. I'm thrilled to be able to offer you the individualized attention from the comfort of home! 1:1 sessions can give you the confidence to go to class, knowing you'll be able to practice safely.
Join me for private classes customized to your specific needs. Once you schedule, you will receive an email with a link to a form to fill out. Please fill it out ASAP so I'm aware of what you want to get out of your session!
HOW IT WORKS:
1. Book your virtual class here at a time that's convenient for you.
(You may prefer to buy a multi-session package prior to booking)
2. Fill out the intake form.
3. You’ll receive a Zoom link in your confirmation email.
4. You’ll also get a reminder email 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time.
5. Download the Zoom app on mobile or use desktop (free)
5. You’ll be admitted from the “waiting room” at the time of class.
Be sure you have the camera positioned so I will be able to see you to make adjustments.
What do I need for class?
You may like to keep a couple blocks, a strap (or belt), a small blanket, a cushion or yoga bolster, and a water bottle nearby.
It's best to practice on an empty stomach. Please do not have a heavy meal right before we meet.
Cancellation Policy: You must give 24 hours notice to cancel appointment to receive a refund and reschedule. No refunds within 24 hours of scheduled appointment. Please contact me at coorflowyoga@gmail.com if you need to cancel last minute and forfeit your appointment.
