Handmade meditation mask with pocket for crystal tumble. This is made of cotton fabric, weight is created by flax seed, crystal chips and lavender.

Option of Self Love or Mind Clearing. Self love mask includes clear quartz and rose quartz chips mixed with flax seed inside mask. Mind Clearing has fluorite and clear quartz chips mixed with flax seed. You will not see the crystals as they are inside the mask but I really love the addition of crystal chips to my meditations with these masks!

This mask is great for meditation. Placing it over your eyes closes out the light and the weight stimulates the vagus nerve to promote deeper relaxation. Pocket on top allows you the option to add a crystal to meditate with safely on your Third Eye Chakra.

I make a ritual of creating these masks for you, with calming and loving energy so it can only benefit you and not carry any negativity. Before mailing, I will also send Reiki in to it so you will receive Reiki and crystal energy any time you wear your mask.
