Enjoy a free Pranayama, or breath work, video! This is an excellent practice to feel energized and bring your vibrations up, creating a blissful feeling. I learned this in my teacher training and it's by far my favorite breath work practice. Come back to it as often as necessary, especially if you are feeling low energy, anxiety, in a bad mood, something just upset you.
Take care to pay attention to your body. If you're prone to vertigo, you may want to avoid this one. If you have a tendency to become dizzy, ease off, don't inhale as deeply and take care of yourself. ALWAYS listen to your body.
