Distance Reiki 90 Minute (Remote)

This is a 90 minute Distance Reiki Session. No need for zoom, technology, phones, or to even leave your house for this appointment.

The 90 minute session is best is you have not received Reiki before or are in need of deep healing.

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique to promote relaxation, allowing your body's natural healing ability to kick in.

How does this Reiki Session work? Sign up, schedule a time that works for you, fill out the intake form you will receive in an email, and at the requested time, I will connect to your energy and balance your chakra/energetic system as needed. Afterward, I will email any notes of what I receive during the session. You may send me a picture to connect to you but it is not necessary. Let me know if you have certain pain points or a focus in mind, a situation that's bothering you. Energy is sent with love and best intention for all, so nothing bad will come from it. Feel free to email me with questions before scheduling.

I've never experienced Reiki. What can I expect? You may feel tingling sensations, pulsations like a heart beat, warmth, cooling, see colors, receive insight, or feel nothing at all. You may notice your body or mind is calmer, view a situation that normally sets you off in a different light, or that your emotions are calmer and less reactive. Keeping a journal of events and emotions for a week or so is useful to notice subtle differences.

Schedule a time that is best for you. It's advised that you lie down, rest, meditate, and listen to calming music during the session to gain the most benefit. However, it's also acceptable to go about your day as normal! Energies will flow regardless, as long as you are receptive. Be sure to remain hydrated with lots of water and eat healthy foods the next few days.

When you schedule, I will send you a short intake form. Please take a few moments to fill it out so I can help you reach your goal in this session.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule? You must give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule your session or else you will forfeit that session.

$125 for 90 minute session

*There IS an option for this Reiki session to be completed online together, if desired. Cost would be the same. I, personally, like to keep away from technology while giving/receiving Reiki. However, I understand if you prefer face to face and would like to talk to me before and after your session. So please let me know when you sign up if this is your preference!
